    【內容簡介】
         此片是影史上最受歡迎、也是最好笑的喜劇之一，融合了動作、冒險、以及令人瞠目結舌的電影特效。三個大學教授比爾墨瑞（“野東西”）、丹艾克洛德（“福祿雙霸天2000”）、哈洛雷米斯（“愛在心里口難開”）專門研究鬼怪靈異之事，他們決定離開校園，自組一個“捉鬼大隊”，以最新科學儀器對付在紐約市出沒的猛鬼。他們的捉鬼行動相當成功，數以打計的大鬼小鬼再也無容身之地，但是，政府單位卻將他們視為江湖騙術。直到有一天，一群惡鬼包圍了紐約市，并附身在美女雪歌妮薇佛（“異形”系列電影）身上，準備在紐約市大舉肆虐。此時，無計可施的政府只好召來了捉鬼大隊，且看這群“魔鬼克星”是如何讓鬼魂無所遁形呢？導演伊凡萊曼另有“龍兄鼠弟”、“魔鬼孩子王”等作品。
