【用法】聯合式；作謂語；比喻除去禍根，不留后患
【釋義】除草時要連根除掉，使草不能生長。比喻除去禍根，以免后患。
【出處】《左傳·隱公六年》：「為國家者，見惡，如農夫之務去草焉，芟夷?崇之，絕其本根，勿使能殖?！?br>【用例】當局為了～，下令解散學校，把學生和教職員一律轟出來。（梁斌《紅旗譜》四十九）
