【釋義】貓同老鼠睡在一起。比喻官吏失職，包庇下屬干壞事。也比喻上下狼狽為奸。
【出處】《新唐書·五行志》：「龍朔元年十一月，洛州貓鼠同處。鼠隱伏，像盜竊；貓職捕嚙，而反與鼠同，像司盜者廢職容奸?！?br>【用例】都是讒言佞言，一個個～。（明·李開先《林沖寶劍記》第六出）
